You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of what you add. By marking content public you grant ArcStow a licence to display it on public pages and in search-engine previews. Do not upload unlawful, hateful, infringing or sexually explicit material, and do not upload images you have no right to use.

No scraping, automated bulk requests, attempts to bypass visibility rules or rate limits, harassment of other users, or impersonation. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

Titles, artwork and place information come from third-party providers including TMDB, RAWG and Google. ArcStow is not endorsed by or affiliated with them and cannot guarantee the accuracy of their data.

ArcStow is provided "as is", without warranty, and may change or be interrupted at any time. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own backups by using the export feature.
